Italy at Bar Vendôme
Bar Vendôme hosts Le Sirenuse from January 14th to 27th for a simple, creative cuisine and full of Mediterranean flavors.
Chef Gennaro Russo, Executive Chef of Le Sirenuse has been invited to bring his flavoursome Italian cuisine to the Bar Vendôme and will propose antipasti : rice and and beef arancini, deep fried provolone cheese or a bruschetta with anchovies and tomato burrata. For lunch and dinner, taste one of his signature dishes : vitello tonnato with capers from Pantelleria, ravioli stuffed with beef cheek or try a pumpkin risotto among other delicacies.
And to embrace the Dolce Vita, sip a bespoke cocktail during the aperitivo time : La Vie est Bella or Le Colonel sur une Falaise with limoncello.
